In many of the battles dragonborn are spotted helping evacuate the refugees though teleportation. None have taken direct action against Cerrak just yet. An offical invitation is sent to some of the mages guilds to set up shop in Martivir. To Hag Could you give us more information about these Jotun? To Hoburg I suggest pulling everyone and everything back to the city which can be fortified and protected by the Behemoth. Also hiring mercenaries would help. odin The vampires in Martivir are politely and discretly asked why they decided to join Martivir.

Likewise, the Wanderer's followers lead parties of refugees out of the path of any of the ongoing wars, be they of Iurt or Cerrak or in the Warring States, as per the ancient traditions of Hearthhelp and Campguide, though their usual pleas for divine oversight are being used to much greater effect than pre-Pretender days. The Pacified south and the desert Sands are both offered as safe havens, though the Guides will take the refugees to wherever they ask... so long as it wouldn't put them in further danger. odinGive the Imperials some deference but... mostly we point out that we have things under control and that things are getting worse up north. Hint hint.
As for the areas under peaceful minor Pretenders, make sure the Wanderer's name gets spread around. At very least we can get some polytheism going.

The Nazhedrian armies in the south march through the desert and into the swamps, taking some C'tis by surprise. Counting on the winter to weaken their cold-blooded foes, Anaxias's legions have attacked in force. Many necromancers accompany them, supplementing their forces with recently-dead C'tis and slaves, and trying to take control of the undead C'tis soldiers and priest-kings. While Low C'tis are dispassionately slain, High C'tis are always given a chance to surrender. The few traitors, and the controlled undead C'tis, are treated as well as any other Nazhedrian soldier. More worryingly, it appears that Anaxias is personally commanding the Nazhedrian armies. Nazhedria to The Hood We're nearly ready to shut off the main source of leakage. Nazhedria to Cerrak Was it really necessary to attack Hoburg? We'll gladly help you against the Shapers, but we have no quarrel with that statue, whether it truly is Him or not. Nazhedria to Umberto If you have troops to spare who could assist us against Sithiuss, we would gladly make it worth their while. Nazhedria to Kristialin We're going to kill Sithiuss. That is not a threat, that is a statement of fact. If you want to whisk his loyalists to safety, be our guest. If you want to offer us something in exchange for our mercy towards his servants, we're happy to listen. But Sithiuss will die. odinSo this is a bit of risk, especially as I don't know how or if our military stats have changed, but I'm going to try it. Having Anaxias personally lead the armies should help.

Cerrak to Nazhedria When I refuse to attack my allies for Umberto, he is enraged. When I attack a stubbornly independent statue, everyone else is enraged.
When I do or am not able to attack any faction, everyone is enraged. How do I remove rivals and hasten the rise of peace when I am cursed and hated for anything I do? Answer me that, my undead friends.
In any case, it matters not; I do not need your help against Hoburg, but of course, any help is appreciated.
Cerrak to Kristalin I would ask you not to take direct action against me. I am assaulting Hoburg, who is your ally, yes, but I do not plan to destroy the Statue.
How would you like for the Statue of Hoburg to have the entire Empire under it's control?

Without warning, Hood teleports next to the Statue. He is in his regular black robes, holding his perfectly smooth black cane in his right hand. He looks up upon the Statue a couple of moments before speaking.
"Greetings, Statue of Hoburg. I believe you already know of me, but I will introduce myself regardless. I am called Hood, and is the current contender for the title of Lord of Death. We have a trade agreement since some time back."
He eyes the Statue once more.
"I have heard some strange things about you, you know. They say that you are in fact the Pankrator in a very weakened form. Would this, by any chance, be the truth?"

Children of Novena A hooded man strode through the shadowed forests of Novena. Dark tattoos covered his hands and what was visible of his face. Reaching his destination in a small clearing, he stopped. He spoke, his words echoing through the forest, requesting an audience with Novena. Odin: No response on the Pankrator's sworn enemy offering them aid? Also, have my agents in Nazhderia determine how strong of a border guard remains with the bulk of their forces embroiled in battle with the lizardfolk.
