To the Scottish Rebels I will give you fine gentleman six months to secure Scottland, or as much as you can, at which point I will join your noble cause, with some backing, and we shall free you and take dominance off Britain. Until then, I will provide you with warm uniforms, which are good for moral. When we have destroyed the corrupt British empire, I shall take on the burden of bringing the nation under control. As a new nation, you will have far more pressing matters than a rouge southern land.

I'm afraid I must contest that ruling. The EITC is sending a diplomatic vessel, not traders or merchants. Wouldn't China have some form of foreign embassy or somesuch?

The remainder of the Icelandic fleet holds its position at one of the newly Swedish Islands. Taking advantage of their current situation the fleet will begin repairs and the restocking of supplies. To Sweden I trust our efforts were satisfactory and we expect your engineers soon.

To Greece: One standard payment for a two year training contract. If you can't afford it, ask your Venetian backers.

Abyssinia to Venice, Espionage +++ It has come to the Empress' ears that your state is considering giving it's support to Egypt. We have a counter-offer for you: currently, we, the Brass Barony and the British East India company are considering supporting the ottomans. Our goal is to remove the Egyptians from the equation and finally install an Abyssinian government all around the red sea and in Egypt. In exchange, we are willing to offer all european powers free trade and safe passage through the red sea and egypt. What do you say?
Abyssinia mobilizesThe Diamond Legion, Abyssinia's numerous, if technologically outdated army, is marching northwards along the red sea coast, towards Egypt. An official declaration of war is made public worldwide: "By the will of Her Wise Majesty, the Queen of Sheba reborn, Abyssinia declares war on the Pasha of Egypt. His attacks on the Ottomans, our close allies, can be ignored no longer. Peace will return to the east once every trace of his regime has been purged from this earth."

Venice to Abyssinia (Espionage +++-) Your Wise majesty, the Queen of Sheba reborn, the Sultan will give you Egypt no more willingly than he will give it to Pasha Ali. What's more, I require this crisis to distract the Ottomans from Greece.
However, there is a course of action that supports both our interests. Your allies have yet to declare themselves for the Turks. Have your Allies join The Republic in supporting Pasha Ali, you delay your troops, slow the mobilization. Then, once Pasha Ali has won, once his (By which I mean our) Allies have left and he toasts his victory, once the Ottomans have acknowledged that the land is no longer theirs, let the Diamond legion arrive on his doorstep. His forces will be weakened, and your allies will have informed you the strengths of his troops, the failings of his generals, the layouts of his fortifications, and more.
In fact, we could even eliminate Pasha Ali and his generals for you. Pasha Ali will trust us, he will not expect knives from those who lent him swords. Then, you may move in and crown yourself queen of Egypt and Syria. The Ottomans will be distracted long enough for our freedom fighters to achieve victory in Greece.

Abyssinia to Venice, British East India Company, Brass Barony Espionage +++ Another course of action has opened itself, as suggested by the wise Venetians. Instead of supporting either Egypt or the Ottomans in this conflict directly, we promise them support, but delay our efforts until they have weakened each other significantly enough that we can strike ourselves: The Venetians secure a hold over Greece, taking it from the Ottomans, while the Abyssinian Diamond legion takes Egypt, thereby securing the Suez region and the Red Sea for all interested European parties. Any other allies interested in this course of action are welcome to join. We also suggest pooling our resources to ensure the loyalty of the Swiss mercenary companies to our cause and our cause only.

Kingdom of SwedenDenmark has long oppressed the Swedes living on the islands they've unlawfully taken over and conquered, actually in wars where they have stabbed Sweden in the back by allying with multiple other nations in order to attack against the independence of Sweden and the Swedish people from behind without provocation while their attention is pressed elsewhere. Also, the Danish chokehold on the trade of Baltic Sea is draining the resources of every nation on it's shores and stopping the development of their people. For these reasons, the Swedish have deemed this a suitable time to retake what is theirs and force Denmark to acknowledge their misdeeds. To Iceland Indeed, your help has been most welcome and we will be sending over the engineers right away.
However, we would like your navy's help for bombarding the Danish strongholds from the safety of the seas we control to quicken our advance, alongside our own navy. The rest should prove no danger to the ships, and we will provide help for repairing and rearming those of your ships that need it. To Austria It is agreed then. (*minor details and such stuff*) To France Our reasons for involvement are historical, political and economical as detailed in our public statements. We do not intend to repeat the events of the Great Northern War and the current political situation in the Baltic area along with the increasing Danish pressure and taxes undercutting our trade has forced us to take preventive measures.
A casus belli can possibly be arranged. A purely defensive military pact as a counterweight to the one Russia and Prussia have signed would, however, make it significantly easier. To GM The Swedish Navy, possibly with the help of the Icelandic one, will be efficiently taking out pockets of Danish resistance and overcoming the rest of the islands for a while yet, to give time for the second phase.
Then, the Swedish agents in Copenhagen will undertake the planned bombings of the port facilities and any ships they can reach without being in too much danger of capture.
Meanwhile, the Swedish Navy will support a full-on invasion of Sjaelland, the focus being on securing a beachhead and getting the superior Swedish armed forces onto land. If the Danish navy(or what remains of it after the bombings and the fights with Iceland) attempts to arrive to hinder this, Sweden will lure them to a pre-picked position with plenty of islets and such and trap them with the navy's high-explosive cannons, small boats filled with explosives and what looks like small wooden barrels floating in the sea that are actually mines: the sharpshooters in Swedish ships simply need to shoot the top of them while they're floating next to enemy ships to blow holes in their hulls. They've been training that for a while.
If the Danish navy doesn't attempt to hinder them, the Swedes will use their naval support to secure positions before heading towards Copenhagen, securing supply from the coast and destroying any fortifications or concentrations of Danish troops they encounter. It's a decapitation strike. The attack on Copenhagen will, of course, have naval support.
Oh, and we'll be sending a bunch Swedish engineers with supplies and workers and such to Iceland to help them in their projects. They're expected to give us in Sweden very good intel about what said projects entail, of course, and to be careful about not letting the Icelandese to find out any secrets of the Swedish tech. With the workers, there'll also be a few professional members of the Swedish Intelligence who will not do anything special but be on the lookout for opportunities to strengthen the espionage network in the area.

Venice to Abyssinia, Brass Barony, British Easy India Company. That wasn't quite my plan. Allow me to elaborate. Abyssinia has already declared for the Ottomans, they should delay their support, waiting until the last moment, take the time to train and modernize your forces, claim you have been threatened by the East India Company, and are busy handling that situation. The Republic has declared support for Ali Pasha in this conflict, and we are providing him with the vital naval support he requires. Let him trust us and believe he has tamed the winged lion. The Brass Barony, our honored friends to the north, should declare support for Pasha Ali, however, claim that you are busy with the current situation in Denmark. Talk of full support, make him believe an army of Brassmen stretching past the horizon is always a few weeks away from sweeping him to victory. Encourage him to be confident, to use his troops. The British East India Company, do the same. In fact, send your troops to Abyssinia, to stall the Ottoman's "allies". Make it seem to all that the allies of Egypt and the allies of Turkey are engaged in a stalemate on the shores of the red sea. With our support, we can encourage Pasha Ali to take a more aggressive stance, to wear down his own forces along with the Ottomans. The Queen of Sheba Reborn should use her influence in the Ottoman court to make the Ottomans sue for peace, meanwhile we will use our influence with Pasha Ali to do the same. Make the Ottomans give up, if only to lick their wounds and prepare to retake the territory.
Then, as Pasha Ali believes he has won, as he toasts his victory, we strike. Let Company ships carry Abyssinian troops up the Red Sea, while Venetian Ships carry the Brass Baron's troops into the ports on the Mediterranean. My masked knights will seek to eliminate Pasha Ali and his generals, allowing the Abyssinians to achieve easy victory in Egypt and Syria, sweeping over the battered and leaderless forces of Egypt. Sheba will sit in Egypt, and we will have the red sea.

Kingdom of SwedenTo Brass Barony We are preparing for a decapitation strike on Copenhagen. Now that we're at this stage of the war, we should start thinking of what exactly do we want from the peace, no?
Just keep the pressure on their army so they cannot turn and come attempt to relieve the siege. It won't take long with our new weaponry. The walls will crumble, both from outside and from inside.

The Hospitaller Protectorate declares war on the Ottoman EmpireThe various representatives of the Hospitaller Protectorate are gathered in Malta, waiting for the Grandmaster to make his address. He makes way to the podium, dressed in the ceremonial armor of the Hospitallers. The room grows quiet as he begins to speak. “Knights, brothers, I have grave news. A shadow has engulfed the land, a familiar shadow that is the enemy of freedom, everywhere. I speak of the Ottoman Empire, that corrupt and vile regime that has been the enemy of the Knights Hospitaller for hundreds of years. Their villainy and abuses are legion, just ask our recently liberated brothers from Crete and Rhodes. Now, the Egyptians and the Greeks wish to withdraw from that foul empire, but the Ottomans are not content to let them leave. No, they hold onto their holdings with clawed talons. I say that we Hospitallers cannot let this stand!” The gathered representatives and knights burst out in cheers, and David Childermass dismounts from the podium, motioning for his military advisors to follow him. He had a lot of work to do. To the Egyptians and Greeks You have our support in your fight against the Ottoman Empire. Expect supplies and support soon. When the time comes, our military will aid you. You do not fight this war alone. To the Venetians Politics make for strange bedfellows, eh? For better or worse, we’re in this mess now. Don’t make us regret that decision. To the GM I use my navy to disrupt and raid the Ottoman’s shipping industry, while avoiding any pitched battles. I also start dropping of supplies at both the Greeks and the Egyptians, as well as Hospitaller surgeons to help tend the injured.

Singapore - Espionage 3.5 Borneo Although Singapore already has control over Sumatra, the King wishes to secure his nation's positions as the gateway to China. He has sent the Lady to negotiate with the powers that be on the island to consider joining. In return for pledging allegiance to the nation as a whole, King Wangba Dan has promised that there will be no changes in leadership, nor any change in how they run their affairs. The only changes to be made, is an exchange of their currency for Singapore's (at a more than reasonable rate), and the allowance of Singapore to spread its growing economy into their borders.
