Empire of Japan - Esp. ++++ The Empire has a proposal for you: Let's exchange espionage techniques. We both have well-developed spy networks, but they are very different in methods and nature. We believe that our spies could benefit greatly from learning some foreign techniques, and we think the same applies for your own spies. So, interested?

Brass Barony of Estor
The armies of the Barony continue to press against the Danes, not letting the army of Denmark catch it's breath, and continuing to attempt to push through Schleswig.
More Brassmen are built in the Estorian capital, Hamburg.
Espionage: ++-Estor to Venice We shall do as you ask, of course. It fits our purposes as well, and is to our liking; the Ottomans insulted us quite rudely when we offered to help them. It is regrettable, however, that Pasha Ali must be overthrown; we were planning to keep him around as a puppet ruler. Still, we gain much more from supporting you, and thus we shall.
Regards, Baron August Von Estor.
Estor to Sweden I seek at least Schleswig-Holstein as a puppet state; and if I can have it, the rest of Jutland, but it is not needed. Either way, I leave the rest of Denmark to you Swedes.
Oh, and I trust we have exchanged the prototypes and blueprints of our respective advances? I would dearly like to start producing dynamite with the Barony's resources. Perhaps I could even borrow some of your explosives to blow a hole in the Danish artillery, hmm?
Estor to Argentina Certainly. What were you planning on trading to us? We would like any metals, especially tin and bronze, if you have it.
Estor to Egypt We apologize that, due to the Danish-Barional War that is occurring, we will not be able to give you your Brassmen as quickly as originally promised.
However, when we can spare the soldiers and Brassmen, we shall send forces to help you.
And, might I add, beware; there are vast forces arrayed against you that seek to use you as a grinder of meat against the Ottomans, and will discard you as soon as they are done. I recommend setting up a second state under your control somewhere else; so that you can flee to it if those working against succeed in their ambitions.
Warm regards, Baron Augustine von Estor.
Estor to France To the French,
Our goals in this war are to at least liberate Schleswig-Holstein, and if possible, take Jylland/Jutland.
We know full well that you would like a power in the northwest to rival the Prussians. So, we would extort you to support us in our quest to liberate the Schleswig-Holsteiners from their Danish rulers.
And, if you fear that we will unite Germany like the Prussians are attempting to, have no fear; we have no interest in proclaiming one Germany under one banner. Like you, we would rather have the German princes and dukes weak and divided, unable to resist us.
I may be German, but I consider myself a ruler, first and foremost.
So again we ask, publicly support us; add an air of legitimacy to us, and we will prove a thorn in the sides of the Prussians and the Rus.
Regards, Baron Augustine von Estor

Greece to Swiss we accept France to Sweden We would be willing to sign such a pact.
However, at this point we must say that our cooperation requires the survival of Denmark as an independent state with its core territory (Jutland and Copenhagen), although we may be willing to overlook a seizure of Copenhagen in exchange for free passage through the sound and the Danish colonies in the east and west Indies Murska noted, the seize the Capital part will probably take place in the EOT, as amphibious invasions take a while ot organize Greeks, Egyptians to Hospitallers They are extremely grateful and willing to provide support if needed
The Greeks would also like some transport to ferry troops to the mainland Borneo to Singapore surprisingly, they're not all that eager to give up their sovereignty for no visible benefit France to Argentina We could always use some more grain Mexico to Argentina Certainly, do you have any weaponry you could trade ? Russia, China to Argentina no thanks you Egypt to Estor noted France to Estor We are willing to consent to your control over the disputed duchies, we must state that we are committed to a sovereign danish state in Jutland and Copenhagen, and we will be forced to take appropriate actions if Denmark is denied sovereignty over these core territories Denmark In the sea's, the clearing up of the various small islands in the Baltic and North Sea goes smoothly, with only minimal causalities. The Danish Navy mostly remains in port, with the few not staying in the saftey of Copenhagen going down the Baltic coast in order to provide naval support for the defense of Jutland, these are promptly sunk by the Swedes. The Conquest of Schleswig is going rather more poorly, as frontal assaults on well-fed, supplied and manned fortified positions tend to. Syria Support from newly arrived Swiss mercenaries has allowed the Egyptians to further improve their situation, digging in on important locations and securing the Syrian hinterland. They've also freed up troops for use against the new threat to the south. The Ottomans, meanwhile, are working ot stabilize the front and deal with the Mediterranean powers arrayed against them first. SudanIsmail, third son of the Khedive and head of the Egyptian armies in the Sudan (also the man who helped negotiate the Egyptian-Abyssinian partition of Sudan a decade or two back) has launched several probing offensives down the Nile river into Abyssinian territory. Balkans and AnatoliaSeveral rising by Greek partisans have begun in southern Greece, which has almost no garrison currently. A small troop from Albania has launched an offensive into Venetian Dalmatia, and the Ottomans are busy gathering a new army in Bulgaria.

SingaporeTo Borneo Apparently the offer to let the large island share in Singapore's growing economy is not enough. A third of Singapore's fleet begin to sail around Borneo's northern coast, not engaging in any fights, nor attempting to land on its shores... yet. The message is clearer now. The King of Singapore wants a strong, centralized force in the gateway to the East, and he'll have it regardless of whether he has to replace the powers that are in control now or not. The Lady, not surprisingly, leaves Borneo almost as soon as she arrives. It's now the Beast's turn for diplomacy.

Dargon Well, they'd like to but.. ya know, its an island, and you guys have control of the seas Borneo to Singapore they don't appear to respond ot the ships, besides the military obviously preparing Borneo to Japan The ruler of Borneo would like to request aid against the expansionist despot of Singapore, who is attempting ot annex the island

Estor to France The Danes will have independence, yes, and will have sovereignty, but the Barony reserves the right to remove the current Danish ruler, and replacing him with another of his family.
Regards, Baron Augustine von Estor.

Union d'Italia OvestThe Conte di Genova has announced, that for the moment, they will remain neutral in the Egyptian/Ottoman conflict. We would be happy to open trade relations with Argentina. In these dangerous times, it is hard to find strength. That is why we would like to put out the offer of a mutually binding defence treaty, with negotiable conditions. (they attack you, I help, and vice versa) In addition to this, we have interest in a trade route through the Middle East. Though, as you have no doubt noticed, that area is engulfed in war. If we assist whichever side you are supporting, will you help us in building a railroad through to China and India? You will, of course, get full rights to shipping and such.

Iceland
To Denmark,
We, The Military State of Iceland, promise to permit civilian ships to carry refugees to Copenhagen as long as they are willing to allow their ships to be searched and escorted by our vessels. Any military equipment or personal will result in the ship being confiscated. No ship will be allowed to leave Copenhagen however so we encourage as many people as possible to be on each boat. This offer is made in good faith and if that faith is betrayed, the government and military of Denmark can expect no mercy for their treacherous actions.
Signed, Rangar Livvson

Argentina We are always happy to trade. Union de Italia Oeste The republic considers your terms reasonable. For ease of reference, let this railroad be built under the Compagnia della Ferrovia Orientale, a joint venture between our two powers. Venice begins mobilizing troops in Dalmasca, largely locals, but reinforced by some Venetian Home guard. Back in northern italy, the other Republics in the alliance quickly declare their support for Venice (as if anybody dosn't know whose in charge) but only begin raising small levies. Agents are sent into Mainland Greece in hopes of organizing the partisans and linking them up with the Greek republics.
