To Polaria: Peace treaty, of course. Trade: We'd be willing, if you can secure transport over the dangerous distances overland between us. Trade overseas is reasonably workable as long as the Great Fleet is friendly, but trade overland is suicidal to us and we lack aircraft capable of carrying enough per trip.

Zoar Settlements We have sufficient technology to make trade work. We could just send a convoy of vehicles between our colonies.

The the nile confederacy Hello northern Neighbors. My name is Sir Roderich, of the Citadel of the Sun. I am sending you this letter in hopes of establishing good relations between our nations. If there is anything you need, feel free to ask, and we will do our best to help. In the meantime, perhaps you would care to trade? We are looking for some parts to get an old Desalinization plant operational.

Amazon Mutants To CRWC That's alright, its good to know you've got our backs if necessary. Nile to Zoar We can do even better then that. We'll send you some soilders to help you train. Chinese states to Zoar You end up contacting a man named Pricept Zao. He's a bit strange as none can remember who he was originally sided with or why he started his own state. "I'm of course very intrested in trading of technology. I would like to aquire something to harvest and process food fast, and in return I will give you the desgin of the engine all my vehicles run on. To Krennel The deathknights have no problem combating the few survivors who are resistant to a mutant presence. Only one or two have guns and they are quickly eliminated, cowing the others into submission. When the Graveminds command the dead matter to rise into an island it takes a while and the results are more morbid then first thought. The majority of the island is made up of human skeleton, evidently the residents of New York before the cataclysm.
The Freed Mutants of the Amazon to Polaria They arn't sure how to respond and give the verbal equivalent to a shrug Great Fleet to Polaria We are always willing to trade, but unfortanatly you do not border to sea. How shall we do this? Surivivors of Japan to Polaria We are willing to trade and make peace. The Nile Confederacy to Polaria We accept New Athens to Polaira Peace and trade is always welcome in Athens. Nile to Citidal of the Sun We appreciate the setiment but we aren't ready to trade just yet.

To GM Let the island drop back into the sea, and notify the group of the clerical error. It was supposed to be in the middle of the Atlantic. Anyways, begin construction of a citadel in central park.

To Krennel Construction begins on the citidal without any issues. The island in the Atlantic is more difficult as the bones have to be brought up from the depths and the stronger waves constantly batter it. It can be done but would require a Gravemind to live on it for matinance. This one would be much less morbid (still a little it is after all a bone island) as its mostly made up of whale bones, various shells, and dead coral.

to Gm Currently all resorces and excess personel are going to be devoted to the construction of the new York citadel. While it is promising, we need to wait for more mutants to join our cause before it can be effective.

Zoar to Nile: That sounds excellent. It's a deal. Zoar to Chinese: We have such machinery and the technology to build more. However, the designs are from the age before the cataclysm and thus use up more fuel than is necessary. We could rework them but that would take a while longer, or if your engine fixes such problems for you we can send the designs and prototypes over.

The Empire of HoodThere's little celebration in the Empire as the old year ends. In the army bases, soldiers open a few beers and toast the new year, and in the streets there's the occasional firework or shout of "Happy New Year!", but for the most part it's just another night. For the most part, it's quiet. Disciplined. As the sun rises over the Empire of Hood, it's business as usual. Soldiers stand in line for morning inspections and drilling, the civilians head off for work. Just another morning in the Empire of Hood.
The Empire politely declines the Knights' request.
Imperial Troops Move to Liberate the EastImperial army columns have been seen crossing the Mississippi, and marching into the Eastern Wilderness, in what was once Mississippi State. They are careful to avoid any territory that may belong to the Iron Lords, instead targeting the much weaker settlements and territories.
Here's the drill for "incorporating" new territories in the East: upon spotting small, defenseless towns or villages, a contingent of soldiers marches in with a flag of truce. They bring food, medicine, etc.. They offer said small town the opportunity to join the Empire, receive its protection, and the benefits of trade. If they accept, they start moving in troops, more food, more medicine, and generally start bringing the town up to Imperial standards.
If they refuse, the soldiers leave peacefully. They return at night with flamethrower-equipped tanks, and set everything on fire.
The Empire concentrates on bringing in the numerous small settlements, and only go for the larger, well-defended ones once all the surrounding villages have been either incorporated or destroyed. Then they go in with the same offer. If the larger settlements refuse, they still destroy everything, but with bombercraft instead.
Emperor Ezekiel I Proclaims the Imperial Christian ChurchThe Emperor has decreed the founding of Imperial Christianity, designed from the ground up to overcome the many religious differences in the Empire and promote "peace, equality, and loyalty to the Empire". All over Imperial territory, new churches are built under the Imperial banner, and the government runs a fierce propaganda campaign promoting the new religion.
An intriguing offer. What technologies did you have in mind, precisely?

To Hood: We would be most interested in anything airborne. Mass-produceable yet effecive weaponry would be the second highest priority.

To Zoar Well, it is a rather far trade route. Our knights can't fly with to much weight. however, for one thing we would be happy to set up orphanages for children in need, it is a passion of my daughters. (Sorry that I missed this) To Citadel: We thank you for the offer, but we're doing very well in caring for our people and the few orphans we have don't present a great burden for our nation.
