First up, some mood music. Welcome gentlemen, have a seat. The game begins. But, much as I'd love it, we can't be in character all the time. This is where we shall bitch at each other about late EoT's and updates. And compliment each other on IC posts and ramble on about pointless things. But mostly bitch about updates, and occasionally complain about a GM ruling. But mostly bitch about updates and EoT's. Now, speaking of EoT's and updates, I expect EoT's in on Fridays, expect updates around Monday, Sunday when I can, Monday evenings otherwise. I'll give leeways for Saturday EoT's, but then you can't bitch at me for a whole three turns, m'kay? EoT's should come in the standard format of: [area of concern] [#.] [Orders] I will respond with [#.] [How things went, appropriate stat change, if at all.] I will be using my Admin powers to edit your stats directly in the Nation thread. Good? Good. Now, some comedy. Ha! Quite amusing. A note on IC posts: Anything outside of spoilers but not labeled 'flavor text' is assumed to be broadcast network wide. If you faction doesn't have its own news channels, there are options. Solar System Network News is reliable and trusted. Tower Babel is more sensational but gets played everywhere. Generally people pay attention, and grandstanding will be key to maintaining Morale and attracting allies. Dueling press conferences are a TW tradition Anything labeled under flavor text should not be anything anyone knows, necessarily. Flesh out your characters when they interact with just each other. Describe that super-weapon from a lowly engineer's stand point. Throw grand parties just for your characters. Comment on other events in the world without needing to actually get involved. For both those things above: this is a freeform game. Sufficient awesome in description can translate into 'quantifiable' results. I'll read and take note. Spoilers are sacred space. In RL, you can just click them. But this reduces the game into pointlessness. It's freeform internet, why cheat? Now, in the past we've used a simple 'higher espionage can read all secrets!' Not so this time. The rules: Spoilers to the GM are sacred period. If it's something your spies would know, I'll pass it along. Spoilers to other players can be read... if you've cracked the communications of the outgoing player. So you might end up reading half a conversation. Resist the urge to peek, please. Cracking communications can be done as an Intel Gathering (or Black Ops I guess...) job. There are ways around this however... First way is simple. Look up there. See the bit about only reading one half of a conversation? If you think you are being tapped, just ask whoever you are talking to if you can use their encryption. Bam. (Note, it may not necessarily be best to move communications to the player with the highest espionage defense, but rather who is the least likely to have been broken.) Put above the spoiler 'Using Nation B's encoding!' or something. Option two. Changing the codes (or couriers or encryption program or whatever...) First off, this is a public event. Put in a post somewhere WE CHANGED OUR CODES or something. Even people not spying on you will notice the changes, so that's okay. If you do get broken, someone can go back and reread everything after that post, and must stop the next time you change. However, I would not do this every turn. You new system cobbled together after a few months might well be less secure than your old one. Also, each implementation might, for instance, leave agent's blind and in the dark, unable to learn the new codes without risking their revelation. Or your espionage buerocrasy might not be nimble enough to take several sudden shifts. Be paranoid, but be wise. But there is always a third choice, and this comes in two variants, but both involve the good old fashioned face to face. One goes in spoilers. Label it 'Face to Face between X and Y' or 'Face to Face at Location Z.' Generally this is good for meetings where it's okay for two groups to be talking, but not necessarily what they are talking about. NPC Houses will often use the Conclave for these purposes. The other is via PM. First step is to make sure I'm in the loop. Just add me to the list of reciepients. After the first PM (which should include who is going where how and to meet whom) all you need to get me are the results of negotiations. From both players, just so we don't have, say, Player X saying 'In his PM Player Y promised me three Companions and a planet destroying super-weapon in exchange for this herring.' Another note: in this universe, all communication is done at least video conference style. Maybe simple press releases if you're intentionally slighting someone. Try to RP it out. Now go have fun, try not to lose your cool, and always remember this: Phear teh Hanzor. More music.

The IESC- The Imperial Exploration and Surveying Coalition
Evolves from: Various scientists from all nations
Systems controlled: The Chiron Nebula Cluster (Virginia, India, and Tigris systems)
Capital: Newfoundland, on Chiron I in the Gammatis system. (most if not all colony/city names are based off of famous historical finds, important locations, and researchers. For example DaVinchi, Jerusalem, Thebes, and Gutenburg are all city names)
Government/Social System: A group collective meets benign buisness. The 'government' is comprised of a 'Board of Directors' (who are all previous First Team members) who run the economics and secrets, the 'First Team' (In charge of exploration, often on active trips) and Military Command (In charge of security)
Stat Overview MO: Born as a organization over a hundred years ago, they founded their own system. They still remain relativly neutral in affairs, surveying and researching all sorts. Research: medium. They are a bunch of scientists but many of them are more likely to study something than to research new things. That said, they can utilize pretty much anything they get their hands on. Economy: High, from papers written and surveying/mining rights. Military: Low, they really have a small military, who are in fact a mercenary company they have permanetly contracted. They are also well defended by clients if hired. Morale: As scientists they all love what they do, but there is a lot of internal strife due to academic disagreements. FO: above average, they do a lot of good and little bad. Espionage: It is neither good nor bad- because it doesn't exist. Anyone can infiltrate the group, but damage would be limited because of the communal nature of the group. Information is free- so the best way to hide something is to simply not tell anybody. The most they have on offensive espionage is 'I know a guy who owes me a favor' Indiana Jones style.
Characters: The Board of Directors- The previous First Team- President(Team Leader) Michael Collins- Twenty years ago Collins and his team made the IESC famous by finding several 'Eden' systems, as well as discovering a new lighter metal. Now he acts as overall head of the organization. So far he has done a good job.. but he really wants to go back into the field.
Secretary of Communications (Comm Officer)Harvey Grey- This is the man in charge of maintaining order and sending/receiving orders and reports of an entire organization. He is happy with his current job, and has made several improvements to system. He is also the closet thing to a spymaster the organization has.
Secretary of Economics (Head Geologist) Miranda Thames- Known as the Ice Queen behind her back, Miranda was once the head geologist of the team. Now she uses her ice cold mind to run the money and keep the IESC 'in the black'. She is a bitch, but no one can argue with her results.
Secretary of Internal Affairs (Engineer) Austin Reynolds- This position is different than most. Internal affairs in the IESC is a technical term, and Mr. Reynolds is in charge of making sure the ships keep flying and the boys in R&D get their damn funding.
Secretary of Health (Medical Officer) Lei Hun- Lei was comfortable with taking care of people. Her new job makes her glow with happiness, as now her job requires her to take care of thousands of people. She makes sure everyone has the requisite vaccines and is in charge of researching any new diseases found on the planets they discover.
The First Team - Team Leader Kain Masters Communications Officer Jane Grey Medical Officer Petyr Gorbayiv Engineer Tina O'hannigan Head Geologist- Farrum Starr Security Commander- Marina Ramirez
(Left undeveloped on purpose)
Military- Captain Argos Renn- Originally head of security on the previous first team. He is a well rounded individual, not passive but he knows when to ignore a problem. The Captain has recently been slightly increasing the military forces.
Background: When the wars on Earth eventually stopped, then Empress Shona 'the Anticrist' Han decided that Space was hers to conquer as well. She created the IESC to survey worlds and ready them for colonization. So when the coup came, that dethroned the Monarchy, the stars were already ready for the human factions wishing to find a new life.
Its been a long time since then, but the IESC has changed very little. They settled on a planet they called Chiron, and created a psedo-nation organization. The IESC's government can only be called a true democracy, with each citizen deciding their own job and fate. In fact, the closet thing to a government is the so called 'Board of Directors'. The Board is the retired veterans of the First Team.
The First Team is the moniker given to the most elite, the explorers of the far reaches- the ones who go into the darkness of space for decades at a time. They are usually the brightest and most skilled. Other teams follow the network, discover new systems and survey their resources. Every system and planet of any worth discovered by the IESC is documented, claimed, and filed with the Guardians.
The IESC is neutral but not mercenary. If a faction wants, they can hire the IESC as guides, can buy mining rights, even purchase planets for colonization. The prices are rarely unfair, and usually require a military escort from the buying faction in case any of the factions rivals want to stop the IESC survey teams.
The IESC currently owns the majority of 'Fringe' systems, and is continuing to expand.
Organization Specifics Current Outlooks House Han- Has an... almost awkward relationship. The IESC was a pet project of their namesake- and continues to serve a purpose, but some of the more radical Han's consider the IESC their property. That said, Han is still one of their best customers.
House Tessier- An occasional partner, usually for mineral trade, or information deals.
House Umberto- Many contracts for mining rights to fuel the House's resource needs.
The Mining Houses- Love/Hate relationships. The IESC provides many good systems for colonization and mining, but most mining houses resent the fact they have to buy it at all.
House Varulf- The IESC senses buisness oppurtunities, but is always wary when there is a new leader.
The Guardians- The IESC's single largest buyer of mineral's, the relationship is cool. The IESC fills out all the requisite paperwork, while the Guardians look suspiciously at how far the IESC has gone and wonders if they have found anything in the void. Stats: Military: Space: ++ (20) Ground: + (10)
Econ Production: +++ Trade: +++++ Logistics: +++
Esp Black Ops: + Info Gathering: ++ Defence: +

The IESC isconsidered reputable by the Conclave. The Guardians are wary of the IESC. The IESC is neither particularlly liked or disliked in the Network.

Also, FIRST!

Characters: Patriarch Gallidan Morn: A powerful, tall man that hinds behind the traditional demon-masks of House Morn. None has seen his face outside the House for a long, long time. Eccentric, and fey, his decisions and actions seem to follow no pattern. Who he supports, who he goes to war with, who becomes his close friends all have little logic. Perhaps this is his greatest weapon, for few want to make an enemy of a man who may laugh at the smallest slight, or may send half his armada as a rebuttal. He is 130 years old, the age where his life must end on the horizon.
Matriarch Wist Morn: A gaunt, sickly-looking woman who is well past her prime. She is the one who enjoys the court intrigue, meddling in other's affairs. She is also a valuable ally as she is one of the few who understands the Patriarch, and is the most likely to make a bargain of those that do. She is normally the one who sits at represents the House at the Conclave. Like her husband by name, she is well over a hundred (though only a modest 123 years) andwears a terrifying demon mask to hide the age of her face, and so that her enemies do not know her true appearance. After all, who is to stay the woman behind the mask is always Wist, and not one of her handmaidens?
Supreme Advisor Hollinda Dis: Hollinda is a proud, intelligent man who has earned the greatest position that one not of Morn blood can ever achieve. As chief counselor to the royal family of about 300, he is the envy of all who dream within Morn's domains. His origins were on the fifth planet of the Orbos System, a planet known for its mining almost as much as its ill reputation for having one of the lower life expectancies in the galaxy. Somehow, he survived both the intrigue and the brutality, and actually managed to raise a city’s production threefold, and act that garnered the attention of the royal family. Thirty years later, he replaced the former Grand Vizier.
Blessed Son Maldis: Within House Morn, there are five ranks. There is the Archs (Patriarch and Matriach), then the Blessed, then the Venerable, then the Honored, then the untitled royalty. Blessed Son Maldis is Warmaster of House Morn, and most say the number three in the House. Far more brutal and war-like than his parents, yet no less odd, he sees battle as a game, one he is very good at. He is known for achieving victory, even if it means being the worst on off in the long run. He controls both fleets, though usually stays with Fleet Black. He has named all his capital ships after his favorite courtesans. At 54 years he has still regained much of his youth with the help of a regiment of drugs.
Blessed Son Quisus: Beautiful, graceful, and comforting. These are the virtues of the prancing dolt that has won the hearts of his people without ever having to do much for the empire. He is the jewel of House Morn. Of all the royal family, there are perhaps only a small handful of three or four who are liked by the people. Quisus is the only one they love. However, any outside of Morn’s domain know that he is only used for PR with his own people, the face behind every charitable act, the few of them that occur.
Blessed Daughter Chezia: Chezia is perhaps the sole voice of reason within House Morn, the eccentric, pompous swine a stark contrast to the intelligent, well-mannered calm of the highest ranked female in House Morn save for the matriarch. She is still young for a ruler, only in her late thirties. She is considered quite the beauty with her dark hair, and bright eyes. It is the silent hope to many in the Network that she inherits the title of Matriarch. It is their fear that she is just a late bloomer to the cruelty that runs rampant through her family.
Blessed Son Banchar: Banchar is the oldest of the Blessed nobles, just over ninety. Like others of his clan, he is cruel, and prone to anger, but in public he is far more controlled. He is in charge of the ‘Spice and Antiquities’ outlet, the known source of the drug trafficking. This department comprises of much of Morn’s economy. Of course, should that be threatened, Morn may have no other choice but to resort to conquest to support itself.
Blessed Son Asch: Asch is a dark, brooding noble that is the other likely choice to take over for Gallidan. Whereas Maldis is brutish and straightforward, it is said that Asch can only speak lies, and his smiles only forced. He is quite handsome, and only in his late twenties, the youngest Blessed noble in many generations. However, few Houses would want to marry their daughters to one such as he. Truth be told, he dos not seek a wife, not wanting the distraction of formalities.
Blessed Daughter Irria: Irria is mad, mad beyond even most of her family. For this, she is stays within Morn’s domain, and sees to domestic affairs, many of her decisions silently altered by her loyal servants. Above all, she hates Chezia Morn, seeing the younger, more beautiful, more loved Blessed Daughter whom she sees as an usurper.
Blessed Son Nale: Little is known of Nale, age 41. He has only recently been promoted to Blessed status, and has yet to prove himself in his esteemed position.
Spymaster Fel: No one knows the true identity of the Morn spymaster, but his legendary Lich Company, a small army of trained assassins is the far reaching hand of House Morn. Whereas their fleet is largely static, it is the famed (yet denied to exist) that has allowed House Morn to keep smaller noble houses in check. No assassination has ever been perfectly linked back to the House of Morn, though on rare occasions over the generations, black-clad assassins with ritual scarring have poisoned themselves before being allowed to be caught. Their greatest strength is not even in their own assassinations, but those committed by other houses, for who is to say which ones were by normal grudges, and which were by the infamous assassins.

Faction Name: Aurea, the Golden City Ruling House: House of Leonus House Motto: For Honour and Empire Symbol: A two-headed phoenix Territory: Aurea City, in the Demoran System Number of Votes you want in the Conclave. (Which means branch families/vassal houses: 5 (lots of vassal houses left over from their Empire days)
They were once the greatest empire the Network had ever seen. After centuries of domination, however, their power has been whittled away. Where once they ruled over entire systems, they have now been driven back to their capital city, the City-State of Aurea.
Aurea is the construction of millennia of space travellers, traders, explorers, vagabonds, and visionaries. She is a space station like no other. She is an entire city, constructed in the void over countless centuries as space traffic and travel required more and more stations for refueling and commerce. Given its strategic location (not far from a node that leads to Sol), the Conclave granted what was then "Aurea Station" sovereignty, each House hoping to keep the station out of the hands of its rivals.
In the early days of colonization, Aurea was the waypoint for immigrants out of Sol and into the rest of the Network. And with each wave of immigrants, a portion decided to stay at the station. And so, new stations were built to house them. This, in turn, made Aurea even more popular as a space port, which meant that new docking stations had to be built. Which only encouraged more immigrants to come, which meant more stations had to be built, which meant more traders stopped there, which meant even more ports were constructed, and so on for centuries, until Aurea's population numbered in the tens of billions, and only continued to grow.
Aurea is one of the most magnificent sights in all the Network. She is called the Golden City because that's precisely what the city looks like from the outside, with the tens of millions of solar panels that bring her energy. She has tens of thousands of agri-platforms, tens of thousands of ports, tens of thousands of factories and tens of thousands of individual space stations that are to her what buildings are to a more earthbound city, ranging from being the size of a small house to being a major city unto itself. Her population is staggering, rivaling that of entire star systems and empires.
Aurea's ruler bears the questionable title of "Emperor", along with a long and unnecessary list of titles that probably don't apply anymore. Beneath the Emperor is the Senate, made up of representatives of Aurea's numerous noble houses, guilds, and corporations.
That said, the Senate and Emperor don't do much: the Senate's become bogged down in decadence and corruption, and the Emperor? Due to some ill-timed deaths, the current Emperor Leonus XIV happens to be ten years old. The city is currently ruled by the "Regency Council", made up of the Prime Minister, the Grand Admiral of the Golden Fleet, and the Commandant of the Blackcoats, the Secret Police.
*A descendant of the Church of the Sun God, and Aurea's state religion.
Strengths: ○ Trade Empire--Trade is the Golden City's lifeblood, with thousands of merchants coming and going every day. They're an economic giant, and the largest trade hub in the Network. ○ Space Power--Ever since losing their last planetary holdings, Aurea has been expending all of its military efforts on the Golden Fleet. It's now one of the largest space navies in the Network, and the crewmen, who have essentially spent their whole lives aboard spacecraft, are some of the best there are. ○ Accustomed to Intrigue--Due to the constantly scheming factions in Aurea, espionage has always come rather naturally. You can buy assassins and information just as easily as anything else, if you have the money and know where to look.
Weaknesses: ○ Entropy--What goes up, must come down. Aurea is on its way down, and it will take some major reforms to stop it. ○ Last Stand--All that Aurea has in the way of territory is the city proper. No planets, no colonies, just the Golden City.
○ Prime Minister Abraxas: Due to manipulation, loopholes, the power of the secret police, and his own downright charisma, the Prime Minister is the most powerful man in Aurea. Having taken power only a few weeks ago, he has begun making reforms, both to consolidate his rule and in the hopes of restoring Aurea to her old glory. ○ Grand Admiral Hesperos: The man in charge of the Golden Fleet. Loud, boastful, violent, impulsive, and a strangely brilliant commander. He has the personal loyalty of his troops, and is notorious through the Network both for his valor and utter ruthlessness. ○ Commandant Elene: Head of the Blackcoats, Aurea's Secret Police. Devious, efficient, and brutal, with the Prime Minister's help he has been expanding the power of the Secret Police. Is she using him? Probably. Is he using her? Undoubtedly. Actually rather lovely, if she weren't the head of one of the Network's most ruthless spy agencies. ○ Sovereign of the Golden Empire, Lord of Aurea, Rightful Master of the Stars, Beloved of the Sun God, King of A Thousand Worlds, etc., etc., His Imperial Majesty Leonus XIV: The 10-year-old ruler of Aurea City. Used to getting what he wants RIGHT NOW!, Leonus is the classic example of why children generally don't get to rule over countries. Leonus is pretty much a figurehead while the Regency Council does the actual ruling. Still, he is popular in the Golden City and in the Network as a whole, because really, can you be mad at a 10-year-old?
As the Conclave will have a fair bit of RP, thought that aside from my main representative I might as well give Aurea's four minor houses names and such.
○ Foreign Minister Basil Heroklos: Aurea's main representative in the Conclave. A short, portly, gentle-looking man from Aurea's lesser nobility (House Heroklos). Personally selected for his position by the Prime Minister, Basil is a brilliant speaker, and very adept at the subtle game of Conclave politics. χ Representative Archanos Leonus: Cousin of Emperor Leonus XIV and representative of Aurea's main house, the House of Leonus. Tradition dictates that he should be in charge of Aurea's voting block in the Conclave, but that duty has been relegated to the Foreign Minister. χ Representative Helvetio Malachander: From Aurea's House of Malachander. He tall and strangely thin. χ Representative Ashellen Myrmidos: The Aurean House Myrmidos' representative in the Conclave. So...yeah. χ Representative Vos Styganedes: The Aurean House Styganedes' representative. So yeah.
Basic Military Doctrine: With the loss of their last planetary holdings a few decades ago, Aurea's last thing that could be called a ground force would be the "Triumphal Guard" (basically glorified police) and the small-but-elite Honor Guard, who, as their name implies, are supposed to protect anyone important. The city's military is almost entirely comprised of the Golden Fleet, the Aurean armada. They favor simultaneous strikes on multiple vulnerable targets, taking full advantage of their superior numbers and firepower.

History:About fifty years ago, a small mining company started buying up star systems with uninhabitable planets, but rich in natural resources, from some of the poorer Minor House in need of money. With the profit they made selling their mineral resources they built highly advanced space stations, and encouraged the miners to mover their families into the stations. The Ashera Corporation, then known as Standard Mining, began to offer jobs on the space stations, both low skill labor and higher skill advanced research positions. They began to stop selling their resources to outside contractors, and began creating and selling products themselves. Everything from utility products to advanced warships and weapons. They were able to sell their exports at a lower price, driving many of their competitors out of business. With their growing wealth, they attracted many brilliant scientists and innovators, giving even more a of a completive edge. They started buying out more and more of their competition, creating several monopolies. They even started giving loans to some of the minor House, acting as a kind of pseudo bank. The company changed their name from Standard Mining, to the Ashera Corporation. Nobody could even pretend that they were just a mining company now.
A coalition of Minor Houses, worried about growing power of the Ashera Corporation and wanting lower prices for themselves, cobbled together a small fleet and made their way to the headquarters of the Ashera Corporation. The Ashera Corporation threatened consequences if they continued their course of action, but they were ignored. When the coalition forces arrived at the Ashera Cooperation’s headquarters, their ships were swiftly disabled by the mine field that guarded their Node. In addition, Ashera put a black mark on the Minor Houses that opposed them; if anyone was interested in continuing business relations with Ashera, they would not have any business dealings with those Minor Houses. In the wake of the attempted attack, Ashera officially declared itself a sovereign state, and demanded a seat on the Great Forum. Though their was some grumblings about the upstart peddlers, nobody wanted to be the first to test the limits of Ashera’s economic powers. Strengths and Weakness’ Economy: The Ashera Corporation is very, very wealthy. They have a robust trading network of exporting their goods to the various noble Houses. Due to owning a vast amount of natural resources, they are able to sell their good at a reduced price, driving most of their competitors out of business. Many Houses have become economically dependant on these goods. They also sell high quality battleships and other weapons to the highest bidder. They’ve further augmented their wealth by lending money to the Houses. Those who refuse to pay back their loans get blacklisted, no House who wants to continue economic relations with Ashera Corporation will trade with them. This often throws those who refuse to pay into an economic depression until their leaders can scrape up the means to repay Ashera. All this has led Ashera into a meteoric rise to economic dominance in short of amount time.
Technology: Ashera has a large amount of scientists and inventors on its payroll. They work hard and spend a large amount of their capital to stay on the bleeding edge of what is technologically possible. Ashera keeps the extremely advanced technology for it’s own use, generally selling tech that is several years obsolete by Ashera standards, but still ahead of most the galaxy. They are especially careful with their weapon technology, taking extra care to make sure that none of it could be used against them. The Ashera Corporation is well aware that that their economic power is in large part dependant their technological edge, and they have no wish to lose it.
Military: Ashera retains only a small fleet, mainly for defensive purposes and for escorting traders over patches of pirate infested space. They depend more on their economy for defense then their military. They are far from defenseless, however. Ashera space is highly fortified with defensive emplacements, minefields, drone platforms, and massive armored space stations covered with weaponry. Their general plan is to make it economically unfeasible for anyone to attack them, as it would require a large portion of any Houses military to battle Ashera with home field advantage, weakening them considerably. Another House would naturally take the opportunity to launch a preemptive strike on them, with a possible ‘economic incentive’ from Ashera.
Ashera has no ground military because of the notable face that Ashera had no ground territory.
Espionage: Ashera likes to keep tabs on what the noble Houses are doing, they have a modest spy network in most of the important houses. Their agents rely less on black ops and breaking and entering, and more on cultivating informants and bribery. Ashera’s defensive espionage is handled more aggressively, they like their secrets. Visiting Ashera space is highly restricted, and potential applicants for citizenship are scrutinized heavily. The more information a citizen has on Ashera, the more heavily a they are watched by security.
Characters: The CEO: The mysterious founder of the Ashera corporation who took a small mining corporation and turned it into a galactic power. Soon after Standard Mining became Ashera, she disappeared from the public eye, relaying her orders through her vice president and trusted confidants. Even before this she rarely made public appearances and few citizens of Ashera can ever claim to have seen her.
Connor Varrik: The vice president and face of Ashera, he is responsible for most of the diplomacy Ashera does, as well as passing on the orders of the CEO to the rest of Ashera. He is extremely loyal to both Ashera and the CEO.
Vincent Marsalis: A young tactical genius in command of Ashera’s military. While extremely adept at both long term and short term military strategy, he suffers from a severe addiction to narcotics. He has a close relationship with Connor.
Tana Kovacs: The seemingly bumbling good natured head of Ashera’s research and development department, Tana is a brilliant scientist who has been with Ashera almost from the start. Behind her absent minded scientist façade, she is a ruthless, efficient machine. This is necessary to fulfill the other half of her job; rooting out and neutralizing enemy operatives who have infiltrated Ashera. Other Information: Faction Symbol:A stylized atom insignia superimposed on an upside down silver triangle. Territory: Four 'dead' systems unable to support life naturally, but rich in mineral resource. Conclave Votes: 1 or none. Still unclear about this. Military Doctrine: Basic military strategy relies primarily on controlling their opponent’s space using a combination of deposable assists like mines and drones to force their enemies into the weapons range of their larger static defense and ships. They also utilize highly advanced electronic weaponry to disrupt enemy sensors and communication. Stats:Space: +++ (30) Ground: nil

Hmm... waiting on Grey and Sayn at this point. Grey got me an excuse, so I'll let him slide, but if Sayn hasn't sent anything at all we're probably looking at a total internet failure on his part or something. Still, I'll give him some time. Otherwise, hey, free NPC that just happens to be descended from my old faction.

Well, you're in before, e.g. the site admin soo... not to bad.
We will need to maybe talk about recruiting up some new blood off GiTP.
Turn Two starts tomorrow... at some point... hopefully before I give blood and go all loopy. (Remember kids, there's nothing illegal drugs can do that blood loss can't!)

We really should run a game over at Gitp, in which only certain of the 'Old Guard' can play meant to attract new players. Also, straight up recruitment threads.
